If you're a player that likes to move around the map this can get pretty frustrating. TDM in MW is pretty bad, most of the maps are badly designed and they reward camping style of play. Since you said you mostly play TDM, like me, I'll focus on that part. Honestly, campaign shouldn't be that much of a factor in choosing between these two games.
You're going to finish it quickly and forget all about it soon after. I haven't played CW campaign yet, MW one was alright, but really short.
